Kottathara Grama Panchayat’s 2026–27 budget is a comprehensive development-oriented budget focused on public welfare and overall growth. Priority has been given to poverty eradication, housing schemes, old-age and widow pensions, sanitation, agricultural development, healthcare, and education sectors. Major sources of revenue include the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), development funds, and social security schemes. Significant allocations have also been made for infrastructure development and improving public service delivery.
